A safe space in the Palindrome district for those who have a fear of palindromes. It is a library filled with books that have had all palindromic words and phrases excised. Visitors can bring their own books for de-palindroming for a small fee.
There is a teleportation service that can transport people to and from the library without having to traverse the district itself. The library has a large set of couches and tables for visitors to meet with Palindrome residents.
The library is known as Ibohphobia to most visitors so as to break the palindromic nature of the name but residents stick with the full name.
