Marquis Quarter, Satyrine

A high-end cafe in the Marquis Quarter that serves speciality coffees, teas, and other beverages brewed from plants. Patrons sit at tables on an annular lawn that floats about 5 metres above street level, circling the serving station. At the end of each day, the staff pour used parauri grounds from making calamera out onto the lawn and fresh beans pop up out of the lawn in rings surrounding the grounds, like fairy rings of mushrooms. As parauri and other ingredients used in making the cafe’s beverages are so valuable, the cafe has magical wards and guards to protect it.
